Piral-based micro-frontend platform for a global connectivity provider.

Technical authority for the application – own its architecture, scalability, long-term maintainability and technical documentation, with the team.
Lead a team of 6 front-end engineers; run regular 1:1s focused on their growth.
Built a custom feature-flag mechanism to ship features to production behind flags – enabling safe validation with real data where TST/ACC environments lack representative data.
On my own initiative – unprompted – built three internal tools (AI-assisted with Claude Code) that made the whole team faster:
A deployment / workflow tool that cut release preparation from ~1 hour to ~30 seconds, replacing the manual, module-by-module routine of opening PRs, pushing changes and juggling local branches; it also generates changelogs and pulls Swagger JSON from account storage.Documentation generators – a Piral module scanner mapping cross-module interdependencies (menus, extensions, tiles) and a feature-flag scanner.A typed API-client generator built on swagger-codegen-cli.
Set up Azure DevOps branch policies for senior approver / reviewer tiers.

Back-office portal for a North-American family manufacturer of custom kitchen cabinets.

Promoted to Senior / Tech Lead.
Defined the project’s naming conventions and core library choices while coordinating a 2–3 engineer team.
Wrote a well-documented unit-test suite that became the team’s testing reference, and kept the growing codebase healthy through thorough, constructive code reviews.
Set up AWS / CloudFront delivery for the front-end application.
Ran a 3-month mentorship program where every mentee landed a full-time role, and acted as a cross-team consultant, validating ideas through hands-on proofs-of-concept.

A machine-learning tool that detects predefined phrases in student essays using a custom fuzzy-matching algorithm – positional comparison combined with Dice’s coefficient, robust even when the phrase’s words are permuted.
Teachers assign digital essays and get matches auto-highlighted inline for grading validation; built with a Symfony backend and React frontend (intelligent text-node manipulation and a teacher feedback UI).
