Piral-based micro-frontend platform for a global connectivity provider.

Technical authority for the application, owning architecture, scalability and long-term maintainability with the team.
Lead a team of 6 front-end engineers; run regular 1:1s focused on their growth.
Built a custom feature-flag mechanism to ship features to production behind flags, validating against real data where TST/ACC lack it.
On my own initiative - unprompted - built three internal tools (AI-assisted with Claude Code) that made the whole team faster:
Release orchestration: ~2 hour to ~30 seconds. One command branches all 12 micro-frontends, opens the PRs, links + tags the Azure DevOps work items, completes the merges. One more rolls it back.New-module provisioning: ~4 hour of portal clicking to ~30 seconds. Repo, branches, 8 branch policies, build + multi-stage release pipeline with approval gates, from a version-controlled template. Idempotent, so it doubles as an architecture drift audit.Automated daily digest across 46 repos (merged work, open reviews, board moves) as a three-sheet Excel report, on a schedule, no gaps or double-counting.Interactive architecture map of every cross-module contract. Click a slot: who registers it, who consumes it. Answers "what breaks if I change this?" in seconds, and re-scans live source so it can't drift.Typed API-client generation from Swagger specs, plus changelogs, fleet sync and one-command device bootstrap.

Back-office portal for a North-American family manufacturer of custom kitchen cabinets.

Promoted to Senior / Tech Lead.
Set the project's conventions and core library choices, coordinating 2-3 engineers.
Wrote the team's reference unit-test suite, and kept a growing codebase healthy through thorough code reviews.
Set up AWS S3 + CloudFront delivery for the front-end (cache invalidation on deploy).
